Hop Along Dad!

Just a little update on Dad to let you know he is starting to feel better after his double knee surgery last Friday. He felt pretty good Friday and Saturday, but he had a terrible day Sunday. Today he seems like he feels better. He has been using his crutches to get around since Sunday night, but his face looks like he feels better. Do you know what I mean? His face doesn't look like he hurts so bad.

He has been drawing the outside of the house (SINCE WE FINALLY GOT THE OK FROM HOLDEN TOWN!!) and I am really excited. Dad has such a talent for being able to picture what it will look like and such a neat imagination to be able to come up with great ideas. He is being patient with me and drawing it for me because I can picture nothing! He has to show it to me before I "get it." Eric has been taking the wood siding off, and it is beginning to seem like the outside is really going to get finished. HOORAY!
