Hop Along Dad!

Just a little update on Dad to let you know he is starting to feel better after his double knee surgery last Friday. He felt pretty good Friday and Saturday, but he had a terrible day Sunday. Today he seems like he feels better. He has been using his crutches to get around since Sunday night, but his face looks like he feels better. Do you know what I mean? His face doesn't look like he hurts so bad.

I'm sure he would love to hear from you!

He has been drawing the outside of the house (SINCE WE FINALLY GOT THE OK FROM HOLDEN TOWN!!) and I am really excited. Dad has such a talent for being able to picture what it will look like and such a neat imagination to be able to come up with great ideas. He is being patient with me and drawing it for me because I can picture nothing! He has to show it to me before I "get it." Eric has been taking the wood siding off, and it is beginning to seem like the outside is really going to get finished. HOORAY!

Well, big brother, today is the big....3.... 0...!!!!

I hope you had a fantastic birthday. I just wanted to write you a quick note to tell you how much I love you. You and I, we just click. You always listen and understand. We think a lot alike. Thank you for being the best big brother anyone could ask for. You are such a wonderful brother and I love you so much. Thank you for all the great talks we've had. I trust your judgement. You are a great movie critic...I always seem to agree! You're fun to be around, you would do anything for each of us, and that means a lot to me. The only thing I don't like about you, is that you are UNBEATABLE at games...LOL. You have such strong ambitions. Your accomplishments are endless! You are always the best at what you try. I hope you know how wonderful you are, big brother. We are lucky to have you in our family. Here's to another wonderful 30 years!!!

Kaitlyn & Ashton!~! (Big A & Little K!!)

Here's a few pictures me & Nat took last week of Kaitlyn & Ashton! They looked so cute & it was so funny to see how excited Ashie got when Nat set Kaitlyn by him! It was fun to see how big Ashton is compared to my little Kaitlyn -- (hence the Big A & Little K!) Kaitlyn is SO dark compared to Ashton too--I jokingly told Nat that she looks like a little Indian next to him! It was so fun to have Nat & her boys up for a few hours...it felt like I hadn't seen them FOREVER!! Thanks for taking the time to come visit us!! We love you guys!!

CONGRATS BRACKEN!!!

Just wanted everyone to know that Bracken made the 8-9 year old All-Star Baseball team. We are sure excited for him. LOVE YOU B!!!!!!
